If you are reading this text, then we are delighted that you are interested in recording a reaction video for us.
However, in order for us to refund your purchase price, certain conditions regarding the video must be met:

The recipient's face must be visible. Only then can their reaction to the product truly be captured.

The video must be at least 15 seconds long. It should capture the moment of unboxing and the subsequent reaction. The recording must not stop immediately after opening.

The focus of the video should be on the person being filmed and their reaction. Therefore, try to maintain the same perspective throughout the recording. The face must be clearly visible.
- All persons shown in the video must agree that we may use it for our social media channels on TikTok and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
After you send us the finished video to info@favee.de, we will review it within 72 hours. If the above-mentioned requirements are met, we will refund your money. All you need to do is add your order number, or alternatively the name under which the order was placed, to the email along with the video. We'll take care of the rest.
